No one will argue that Eptingen rock is the best in the Jura and certainly its close proximity to the freeway detracts from its ambience. But thanks to its athletic and pumpy climbing and excellent summer sending conditions, this is the most popular and most visited area in the Basel Jura. During the winter, ice climbers have the place all to themselves.

Oli Hofer has rebolted the following routes on the Diegterwand:
"Devers" (additional belaystation)
"Mikado" (belaystation 2 meters lower because of loose rock)
"Peepshow" is also freshly rebolted
