Hintisberg ****
This south facing wall with its distinctive incut edges and its proliferation of roofs is just simply made to order for rock climbing. Pumpy technical climbing on horizontal grippy holds changes over to compact hard to read slab. The route “Tintangel” is especially airy and spectacular for the grade. The right side of the wall is a little bit more laid back and casual. “Reisefieber” (Travel Fever) and its nearby climbs are also fun and relaxed. The super impressive north walls of the Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau serve as a beautiful backdrop.
