Barberine ****

At first glance of the “Paroi de Barberine”, the heavy vegetation on the rock stands out. Don’t let this distract you for you will surely miss out. Solid holds on good rock are typical on these climbs. The lower sections tend to be easier and lower angle, where as it gets much steeper on the upper wall. Cut loose on this uniquely wild gneiss climbing. “Autoroute Blanche” and “Cacao Girls” are impressive, beautiful, and well protected climbs.
