Balladrum ***

The very featured gneiss above Lake Maggiore, with its beautiful views and vistas, is great for beginners and children alike. Thanks to the south facing exposure, climbing here in winter and spring is recommended. The “Lusertol” Sector is best suited for climbers climbing harder routes. The routes are short and cruxy and are charachterized by some of the best gneiss around.
