Ruegig ***

Ruegig has nice fun climbs in a lovely alpine setting complete with panoramic views. Ganderfluh and Marchstöckli has the best rock. For those who want the “alpine summit peak bagging” experience, the Spilauerstock has three half day climbs on pretty good rock. You can even climb here on warm winter days. Skis or snowshoes allow a nice approach to the climbs from Biel or Ruegig.
