Martinswand ****

Strong winds blowing across the plateau high (1200m) above the Rhine River can create a brisk almost alpine ambiance on some of the multi-pitch routes. “Martinswand” enjoys a rich history and has been the  training ground for many aspiring alpinists hungry for bigger things. The excellent quality granite has crack, slab, and face climbs.
