Hinter Glatten ***
Compared to neighboring Chli Glatten, Hinterglatten is more serious and challenging. On the steep and trail-less approach this becomes all too painfully obvious. Even the protection seems widely spaced and most will want to carry a few pieces to zip it up. A loose ledge interrupts the flow of the wall, but aside from this, the rock is mostly good. It delivers technical, steep, and athletic climbing.

Jan Copes, Raffael Fischer and Robert Kälin rebolted the "Einbahnstrasse". The protection is better than usual on the wall (gut+ or ****). The "straightened" sections in the 2nd and 4th pitch now allow a nice flow without rope pull through spectacular wall sections. Actually, only the 1st pitch via a kind of stem and the last one, due to partly worse rock, are somewhat critical to consider or to climb. You can abseil via the route, whereby you should swing over the 2nd pitch early on and also clip in 1-2 quickdraws (otherwise you will be hanging freely 50 m above the ground!). Alternatively, you can use the abseil slope via Königswasser (approx. 10m east of the exit).

Mario Fullin rebolted the route "Königswasser" with friends. In addition, a fix rope was installed to the first rappel station.
